1. DELIVERY

The estimated shipping time is between 1 and 2 days. Any order placed before 12pm is shipped the same day (except for Express orders placed before 10am).

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

- Standard home delivery (Colissimo): delivery time is 2 to 4 business days (or 1 to 2 business days after dispatch). Standard home delivery is free for orders over €200 in Metropolitan France (or costs €6).

- Express home delivery (Chronopost): delivery time is 1 to 2 business days (or 1 business day after dispatch). Any Express order placed before 10am is dispatched the same day and delivered the next day before 6pm. It costs €10.

- Standard delivery to a collection point (Mondial Relay): delivery time is 4 to 9 business days (or 3 to 7 business days after dispatch). Delivery to a collection point is free for orders over €150 in Metropolitan France (or costs €4).

EUROPE

- Standard Home Delivery (Colissimo International): Delivery time is 4 to 7 business days (or 3 to 5 business days after dispatch). This delivery costs €6.50 (£6 for the UK and CHF 7 for Switzerland) depending on the destination and is free for orders over €250 within Europe (from £250 for the UK and CHF 250 for Switzerland).

- Express Home Delivery (DHL): Delivery time is 3 to 6 business days (or 3 to 7 business days after dispatch). This Express delivery is available for certain European destinations and costs €12 (£12 for the UK and CHF 12 for Switzerland).

INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE EUROPE)

- Express Home Delivery (DHL): Delivery time is 5 to 9 business days (or 3 to 7 business days after shipment). Delivery costs €12 and is free for orders over €250 (or over $300 for the United States).

VAT case for all orders outside the European Union

For any order delivered outside the European Union:

- All prices displayed on our website include the value-added tax (VAT) applicable in France. When choosing the delivery country after validating your basket, the VAT will be updated if you are located outside the European Union and will be excluded from the total amount to be paid.

- The customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duties, value added tax and all other taxes due under the laws of the country where the order is received.

- Balibaris disclaims any legal liability if the customer does not pay the taxes.

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers and we will do what is necessary to find solutions adapted to your needs.

2. RETURNS

Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase on the website?

You can request a return within 14 days of the delivery date of your order by the carrier. To do this, you can make your request directly via this link with or without a Balibaris account: https://www.balibaris.com/a/return

Returns are free in mainland France and possible by post or directly in one of our stores eligible for online returns.

For returns by post, you will receive your return label by email:
- Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and labeled
- Insert the return slip in your package
- Print the shipping label and affix it to your package. Go to the nearest post office or collection point within 7 days and the package will be picked up after being scanned.

For in-store returns, only the following stores are eligible to accept returns:

  • Balibaris - Paris Old Temple
  • Balibaris - Paris Francs Bourgeois
  • Balibaris - Paris Batignolles
  • Balibaris- Paris Beaugrenelle
  • Balibaris - Paris La Défense Four Times

The Product must be returned within fourteen (14) days in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, labeled and accompanied by the return slip.

For returns from abroad, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

The customer must complete the CN23 Customs Declaration in which he must indicate a description of the goods and must tick the “Return of goods” box in “shipment category”.

The customer must also attach the original invoice for the order in question to prove that it is the same merchandise. Without following these instructions, Balibaris will not be able to receive the return package and will not be able to refund the order.

Outside France, returns must also be made within 14 days of the date of receipt of the package, as indicated by the carrier, and will be at the customer's expense.

Can I return my order made on the website to a store?

Only the following stores are eligible to accept returns:

How do I return my purchase made in a Balibaris store?

Returns of purchases made in Balibaris stores are only possible in-store.

Are return costs for purchases made on the website free?

Returns are free within mainland France. Returns are at your expense for orders returned outside mainland France.

When will I receive my refund?

We promise to refund you within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued by crediting the credit card used to pay for your order, by PayPal if you used this payment method, or by credit note if you paid for part or all of your order with a credit note or gift card. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.

Can I make an exchange?

You can request an exchange using our return form. You will have the option to choose between a refund for your order or an exchange of the desired product (subject to availability at the time of your exchange request).
